Part 1) 10 minutes of Max Snatch + Overhead Squat
5 min rest
Part 2) 10 min to find Max Bear single
One rep of Bear is Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + Push Press
*Saturday’s version is 5 minutes of each, with 1 minute rest between. No Spring Fling competitors should be doing this WOD, practicing movements at less than 50% max, at most.
B. Max Deadhang Pull-ups 3 sets. Rest at least 1 minute in between sets.
C. 1x 800m Run (only if it is no longer the Great Flood)
