Spring Fling WOD 3
“LIVE WITH ROYCE” (like Live With Regis, also live backwards is evil, muah ha ha!)
3 rounds for time of:
400m Run with Sandbag (we will sub medicine balls)
15/10 Pull-ups
*Because we don`t have the appropriate loads for men for the carry, the men`s full WOD will be 4 rounds. Full women`s weight will be 20lbs.
**The 15/10 pullups is in reference to different divisions — Div 1 would be 15 plu, Div 2 would be 10plu, Div 3 can use ring rows or band assist. In competition, Div 3 is doing hanging knee raises so if you are competing, you can certainly use that modification to trial the WOD. Also, Div 3 does not carry a weight.

Many CFMJ members will be making the trip to cheer on our participants (woop woop!) and CFR has outlined there will be no charge for spectators, rather they would appreciate a small donation for Regina`s Food Bank and there will be a collection box there.
For any competitors wanting to spend some time working through max loads for snatch/overhead squat and The Bear, I`ll be at the gym around 1pm on Wednesday to go through a few things. Also, we should be able to coordinate a time on Thurs or Fri to practice some shot put as well. If you are interested in either of these sessions, please email me at the email address top of page.
Also, competitors, it would be a good idea for us to coordinate our drive into Regina — we can meet at a location and carpool as much as is feasible with different schedules, etc. Once the heat schedule is released and we know check-in time we can arrange a time to meet to head in together.
