****REMEMBER 10AM CLASS FOR SATURDAY IS THE SPIN CLASS AT THE YMCA!!*****

9AM ONLY
‘Hip to Be Square’

In teams of 3 or 4, 21-15-9 reps of:
Wall Ball – 20/14lb
Box Jumps – 20″
Burpees
Bell Swings – 35/25lb
*One person at each station, rotate as a team

      And oddly enough it was good to be the one getting yelled at (??) :) It was a great class Richelle, I had to go to my happy place several times, well done lol
